I had this problem on opensuse 10.2 as well. I was following the HOWTO at http://en.opensuse.org/Xen3_yet_another_Virtual_Network_Concept I could ssh from dom0 into a domU, but once I was in a domU i could not ssh into dom0 or any other machine, nor could I get access to websites. I suppose this confirms that a networking problem exists in 10.2, but not what the problem is. After upgrading to 10.3 (yesterday) and installing a virtual machine my networking problems disappear. I can ssh from a domU to dom0 and can view web pages. If your hangup is networking you might consider trying opensuse 10.3.
