There’s no such thing as “Xen 4” yet. The current version of Xen is 3.1.
There are XenSource v4 products. These are based on Xen 3.1, but they have their own list of supported systems.
If you’re asking about building your own Xen 3.1 based kernel or using a Linux distribution, ask here.
If you’re asking about XenSource v4 products, ask on the support forums at forums.xensource.com.

I tried to install Xen 4 in a HP Proliant ML350 G4p, but it seems not
compatible, is there another way to run Xen 4 in this server ?
I couldn't find any information on Hp's site neither Intel's site ...
