Yeah, its actually a lot better. They also do stats collection
differently, store all of the apache / virtual host stuff in a pgsql
database, its a really well written framework that lends well to
plugins. I've never had much luck with webmin.
All that really needs to be done to let 'the world' work on it is the
function translations. I believe its about to become an official GNU
project once that's been completed.
I think there is a demo of the new version available from their site.
It's not quite as nice as C-Panel/Plesk, but almost.
The last I heard from Jorge (developer), they were working on porting
over the bulk of the PHP stuff for English function names, what would
remain are some of the perl daemons and bash helpers.
