The 2.6.x.y patches often apply cleanly since they tend not to conflict with 
the Xen modifications. Strictly they should be vetted by a human before 
being applied, to verify that this is the case.
I'm not sure what the plan for 3.0.5 is... Maybe this update will be rolled 
into 3.0.5-1 or something... Folks on xen-devel might know.
