Hiamal,
 I think those network-script entries in your config are
conflicting: as far as I know you can only have one.
 Here is my xen-config.sxp;
(xend-relocation-server no)
(xend-relocation-hosts-allow '')
(network-script 'network-bridge netdev=eth0')
(vif-script vif-bridge)
(dom0-min-mem 196)
(dom0-cpus 0)
