If I try to ifup eth0, I get the following:

i've also tried to set alias eth0 xennet in /etc/modprobe.conf in DomU but to no avail.
I downloaded the fedora1.fc5.img from
jailtime.org. I tried the same in FC4 and it worked like a charm. Maybe I'm missing something? - can someone help, Thx in advance!
