I'm also using PAE, but with xen-unstable and 2.6.16-rc5. However,
I'm using qla2xxx and not qla2300. Try changing drivers if that
helps?
Also, you could try pulling 2.6.16-rc6 from linux-2.6-xen.hg and
using that. Maybe there is something wrong with 2.6.12 and QLA FC.
