The API currently available in xl for listing, is not very pratical
and some person have express interest having more access to the lowlevel.
Hence separating the middle level call into one low level call that lists
domains, and one high level call that lists vms. This small patchset
does that and add a list-vm options to xl to be able to list only VMs compared
to domains.
also a couple of renames around lists, and is_stubdom is more resiliant to
possible unexpected value.
