Subject: [PATCH] [IA64] fix ia64 compilation errors
don't compile translate-all.c.
Resolve compilation errors when compiled for ia64.
qemu cpu emulator doesn't support ia64 as host so that
the related files don't compile for ia64. In details
translate-all.c causes compilation error.
Since cpu emulation is unnecessary feature for qemu-dm,
don't compile the file.
