This patch adds dm-userspace to the -xen Linux kernel. I'd like to
get it into the tree so that people that want to can play with it.
Anyone wishing to to do so can download the tools separately, but they
need the kernel module to be able to use it.
I've updated the code for and tested it on x86_64.
