Oh please! Just look at the code, jeez!
The X drivers use far fewer commands than the Windows drivers. The
first Wacom emulator I wrote I based on the X source. When I tried to
use it for Windows, it didn't even come close to working. Turns out
there was about 3x more commands that the Windows drivers required.
