• The Leadership Institute for Cultural Diversity and Cultural and Linguistic Competence serves as a resource to the five-year collaborative (2015-2020) and presents resources to increase the number and capacity of leaders to advance and sustain cultural and linguistic competence (CLC) and respond to the growing cultural diversity among people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) in the United States, its territories, and tribal communities.
• The Cultural and Linguistic Competence Health Practitioner Assessment (CLCHPA) is a validated measure of cultural and linguistic competence for health care practitioners.
• Disparities in Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Services and Supports: Why should we focus on disparities in intellectual and developmental disabilities services and supports? The guides and video narratives provide a unique exploration of disparities in intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) services and supports from diverse perspectives and offer recommendations that organizations concerned with IDD can do individually and collaboratively to address these disparities.| En Español
