Description
If you use a #format processing instruction with something different from wiki the Edit (Gui) link is removed from theme. The Gui Mode button from the text editor isn't.

Unless we don't have any convertor from html to different formats we can't use the gui editor on anything else than the wiki markup.
- Maybe moin parser/formatter engine should be used to convert html to anything? In that case, we need just appropriate formatter for any parser we support.
