Description
When the wiki pege format is restructuredtext, TableOfContents macro does not work. (Just write out the following string: "Contents".)
Steps to reproduce
- set default_markup = 'rst'
write some restructuredtext in a wiki page, then use the macro "TableOfContents".
As mentiond before, TableOfContents macro does not work. (Just write out "Contents".)
Example
.. macro:: <<TableOfContents(2)>> ============= AAAAAA ============= hogehoge. BBBBBB ============= hogehoge.
