Cannot rename to a page that has ever been opened in editor.
Steps to reproduce
- create a new page A
- open editor on page B
- cancel edit of B
- try to rename A to B

Workaround
Remove empty edit-log and directory from filesystem manually.

I confirm this bug. Removing the directory from the filesystem solved the problem. I didn't touch edit-log. -- EricVeirasGalisson
{i} don't delete the unwanted page - rename it to something like MyPage_trash (in your case recreate the page first... and then rename it)
