Description
An empty line between paragraphs works with unindented texts. However, with indented text, the paragraph break is completely ignored. This used to work in 1.3.4, but doesn't after upgrading to 1.7.2.
Steps to reproduce
Make two or more indented paragraphs that are immediately following each other.

Look at http://test.moinmo.in/MultipleParagraphs, this is fixed for moin-2.0
It is difficult to fix paragraph issues in 1.x. Something there changed breaks something else.
