For example, suppose you want to move a WikiPage and its SubPages into a separate Wiki without having to change all the names?

Question whether you really need to move the pages.

Copy over the main page with all the subpages to the new wiki, and slowly migrate the subpages into separate pages.

A script could be written to take the files of the SubPages and convert them to a new Wiki database.

In UseModWiki version 0.88 (and probably 0.90), the page files do not contain the name of the page. This allows one to copy or move pages by simply copying the .db file to the new name. If the subpages are all reasonably named, one could just move the subpage files into the main directory. I'm not certain whether I'll keep this behavior for 0.92 or later, however. (One feature I'm considering would be simpler if the pages contained their own names.) --CliffordAdams
