[Yaesu] Size of SO-1 TCXO module

Can anyone tell me the overall dimensions of the SO-1 temperature compensation 
crystal oscillator used in rigs such as the TS-940S? I don't have the rig yet, 
but are thinking about replacing the crystal with an ovened oscillator, as that 
will be better (better than the SO-1), and more readily available.
The SO-1 is very hard to find, and it seems one should be able to achieve better 
for less money using a small oven controlled crystal oscillator.
If anyone has a drawing of the pinout, preferable with dimensions on it, that 
would be useful. I can't seem to find it in the service manual for a TS-940S. 
Perhaps I can find more details in another rig's manual.
