If I read the information there correctly, his entry on QRZ.com hasn't
been changed in over two years (since March 2009), so the greater
likelihood is that you got someone else's call by accident.
But I could be mistaken.
Several callsigns seem to be involved here:
VE3XAX (Alex)
VE3KF (Alex)
VA3TTT (Alex's email and former callsign? now someone else from Russia)
TO3T (Alex's Martinique callsign)
All three Canadian QRZ entries were last edited within minutes of one
another, don't know if that means anything (it might just be when QRZ
synced its database with the Canadian licensing agency).
