[Yaesu] FT450 loss of receive

You need a can of freeze-mist for cooling and a hair dryer for heating. 
Likely a solder connection got missed and as the parts warp a couple 
millionths of an inch contact is lost. The transient of turning off and 
back on arcs over the tiny gap and it works. Could be inside an IC or 
transistor too.
