[Yaesu] Looking for speaker/mic

I've bought various speaker/mics off the evil auction site over the past 
month, here are the results:
170506997335 Flimsy crap and too small to fit around my arm. No, I'm NOT 
heavy, 5'7" at 196#.
110553350562 More flimsy crap too small to fit around my arm AND this fancy 
model has the addition of a small box with four spikey corners to stab into 
your neck... This and the above unit are good as a photo prop, little else 
unless you're about the size of my nine-year-old.
380294752213 A nice idea, but the plug DOES NOT FIT the FT-60. The head is 
good if you want to scrap it and make something usable for something else.
220715194970 I bought one of these from MFJ before looking on the 'bay, 
fits the radio and my ear, decent audio, a little deep in the audio for 
transmit which is to be expected, no complaints. A friend bought one from 
the auction site, she likes it and it IS identical to the MFJ model and 
about 1/3 the cost of MFJ, delivered.
170414687957 I bought several of these for parts a most likely will remove 
the long non-coiled cord and use it with the speaker/mic head of item 
380294752213 and get something usable.
LOOK CAREFULLY at the plugs in these photos. Some look heavy and very 
cylindrical, one provides a nice close-up, others smaller and tapered. The 
TAPERED plugs fit the FT-60, the heavy ones DO NOT unless you COMPLETELY 
remove the rubber cover from the radio as the plug is so fat that it 
occupies the space where the weatherproof cover is secured to the radio!
