[Yaesu] Complete YSK-100 Separation Kit and Yaesu FT-100 D accessories

Hello all and thank you for reading my post.
Thank you to all for the responses and those that I have been able to 
acquire accessories from.

I have acquired the FC-20 complete with original box, foam, cable, and 
paperwork
I am still looking for a complete YSK-100 Separation kit and any 
accessories associated with the Yaesu FT-100 D including an original box and std 
accessories supplied with radio.
Any information would be greatly appreciated.
