[Yaesu] re production date of FT-1000D

When the serial numbers ends with the letter A, than the 1000D is from 1999.
For example:
Serial number 1 K 170 031.
The 1 refers to the digit of the hardware year of manufacturing, in this
case 1= 1991.
If the serial number would be 1K170031A (ending with an A), then the
manufacturing year is 2001.
The K refers to the month of manufacturing (counting January as C,
February as D, etc.), so K= September.
The 170 is the batch number, so 170= Batch 170.
The 031 is the actual serial number, so 031= Serial number 031 (within
batch 170).
