[Yaesu] ATAS 120 mount HELP!

Greetings...I'm done trying to keep my Diamond KR400
mount working!! It never has been reliable!!
So.....I'm looking for suggestions for a mobile mount
that will work reliably with the Yaesu ATAS 120
screwdriver antenna.....I prefer a more 
permanent mounting so drilling holes in the truck not
a major problem
