[Yaesu] VX-5

Gang,
I seem to have mis-placed my owner's man for this neat hand-held.
Searching the web, I find instead, the VX5R and now confused.
It seems the manual for that model appears somewhat different.
I am trying to program the police freq and when I try to do this, it
resets when entering 482.3625.
Can anyone tell me (without my manual to confirm) if this model can
RX this freq?
