No such thing. Your question is like asking, "What's the best boat?"
If you want to stay submerged for 6 months a nuclear powered submarine 
is best. If you want to launch and land airplanes, an aircraft carrier 
is best, if you want to move freight on a river a barge tow is best and 
on and on....
Same with rigs--there is no one rig that does everything best. BTW, 
you did not say what mode or which modes you want to operate.
