I have given up trying to find paint to match equipment enclosures, instead
I take the enclosure to a powder coating facility to match the colour and
powder coat the entire enclosure.
Fortunately, all my radios are black and any new homebrew equipment is now
powder coated to match the rest of the station. Powder coating is really
tough and resistant to scratches and wear and I have enjoyed great success.
This may not be your ideal solution, but you may consider it.
