Hi Gang,
Three buyers backed out of the FT 747 GX
Before I put it on qrz.com I thought i'd put it here.
I guess the price is to high so make a reasonable offer on the 747-GX.
Below is my original post but I have 3 HF rigs and at least 1 has to go.
I'm considering selling the F840 also @ 375ドル.00+shipping.
And as for my 857-D I haven't used it since I'm having a blast with my
FT-817-ND and even picked up another one.
Because i'm antenna restricted here it's not to much fun having to operate
outdoors at night and when it's raining.
Also because Summer is here i'm much involved in motorcycles so ham radio
sort of takes the back burner here
Thanks for reading my post

PS: I may consider trading the 747-GX for a good and working GPS unit.
Let me know what you have.

Hi Gang,
Up for sale is a FT 747 GX.
This rig covers 160-10 meters, + WARC bands.
Also has General coverage bands
The radio a few years back had the front face plate, the board behind it,
and the long vertical board that runs from front to back replaced.
A new cover has also been installed.
The rig has the SSB,CW & AM filters installed.
All this work was done by Yeasu.
I do not have the optional FM unit.
This radio has one small bug ?? Maybe?
When sending CW with the CW filter OUT, I get a loud pop in the speaker
between dots & dashes as if the AGC was super fast.
With the CW filter activated it's very tight and no popping sound.
Yesterday I fired it up for the first time in about 4 years.
I had good audio and was right on frequency
The small silver looking letters on the front are not worn off.
I just can't seem to get a good picture of the radio.
As stated above the front is brand new.
Good audio.
No chirps,buzzing,hums.
All buttons work.
No mods ever made on the rig.
Price via Postal, MO only is 275ドル.00 Shipped.
Please keep in mind some of that price goes for boxes, tape, packing material.
Shows some dust in the front speaker grill but other then that it's a neat 7
pound solid state nice back up rig and can be turned down to work QRP.
*E* mail me direct for additional pictures if needed.
Thank you
