[Yaesu] FT-757GX memory backup

Norm VK2TOP,
 The batter is mounted on the "LOCAL BOARD" just near
the BAND DATA socket. It is a major hassel to get it out.
What I did was r4emoved the cover, then loosened the board
but didnt remove it. Then with a small pair of pliers I snapped
the batter out. Purchased a computer battery with flying
leads and soldered it to the points where the battery came in
from the other side.
