[Yaesu] VX5 Software.

Hello all, 
	I own a VX5 and would like to know if anybody has had problems regarding the loading of memories using VX5 Commander.
I can read existing memories Ok but am not able to push items back to it. All I get is the dreaded "clone error". 
Does anyone know of any problems with this software? 
Does it run under XP ok? 
I got it to run with the 0.01 version on a sporadic basis but not the 0.09. I have tried XP, but had more luck on win 98.
Is it machine speed specific? 
I can see the characters echoing back under hyperterminal all Ok as it should. 
Does the ADMS software work more reliably?
