I have a Yaesu FT-890 with a display that blinks from 1.800 through 
14.000. In addition, the rig does not transmit or receive. Above this, 
the display does not blink and the receiver functions properly. While 
the display is blinking, all buttons with the exception of the MOX, VOX, 
and automatic tunner buttons function properly. I am not sure what the 
problem is. What is the procedure for a processor hard reset?
