 No. Pun not intended, I've never heard of a handitalkie that delibarately
feeds any audio back to the speaker while transmitting. The microphone
is literally next to the speaker, and any feedback would be undesirable.

 Most of the time, unless you know better, the audio has low deviation
because people hold the radio too far away. :-)

 Maybe an audio monitor? Only thing is, most people are not used to
hearing their own voice when they talk. I can't stand to hear myself talk
that way, but once in a blue moon I'm on broadcast radio and I have to
put up with it.. (I help out with CMN and other fundraisers at my employer,
a hospital.)
