[Yaesu] SRF 7043 for FT-100

I have a FT-100 that needs the VHF/UHF output mosfet replaced. The 
factory installed SRF 7043 is no longer available from Yaesu parts 
according to the gentleman I spoke to there today. I most likely would 
not have purchased it from them as the last price they had on it was 
246ドル.90 before it was discontinued. Anyone know of an alternate source 
for this transistor or a suitable replacement? I hear that the MRF166W 
will work but it is only a 40 watt device. I found it at Richardson for 
83ドル.64 and most likely will go with it unless I find a 50 watt device at 
a comparable price. I can't believe that Yaesu has discontinued the part 
on such a "new" radio.
