[Yaesu] FT-101E output

Maybe the meter/dummy load has a problem; maybe the cable to the
meter/dummy load has a problem; maybe the connectors on both ends of the
cable have a problem. Connect a 100 watt light bulb to the rig output
connector; Key the rig and tune up into the light bulb. If it lights, RF
is coming out of the rig. If it doesn't, you have an internal rig
problem. Don't key for long periods of time.
