[Yaesu] Repair charges for ground mod

John was referring to a radio that was manufactured in 2000 (s/n beginning in
zero). As long as you get an FT-100D made in the last year or two, you shouldn't
have the problem.
Hold out for one made in 2003 (s/n beginning with "3").
