Hi John,
i have tested both radios. I strongly suggest to check Sherwood engineering
page for comparison of vital receiver features. IMD, BDR, close range BDR.
You will be surprised seeing Yaesu FT-901DM ranked very high. Being"biased
kenwooder" i suggest 830. At the end of the day, you could not go wrong,
with either. As said... biased
