[Yaesu] VX-7R computer programing.

Hi Gang. I recently purchase the VX-7R, and the ADMS-1G programming =
kit.. Following all the instructions on the sheet that came with the =
programmer and help files on the CD, I can not get it to talk to
any computer. It has now been loaded on 5 different computers running =
Win98SE or XP pro.. I took everything back to the dealer, and with =
different cables, and a different VX-7, could not get either to work.
I also tried VX-7 Commander as the programming software and still =
nothing. Tried the Get data from radio, and sending data to radio with =
both programs..
Has anyone out there had any success with this combination..
