[Yaesu] FT-857 Help Wanted re SWR Meter

Saw the product review for the FT857 in August's QST. Would like to hear from other owners/users of this rig. Read where it has a built-in SWR meter. Does it work? I'm looking to buy one and hook it up to MFJ's 902 antenna tuner.
