[Yaesu] FT-890AT mod problem

Can anyone in the group help me modify an FT-890AT? I want to install the
JW3001 option for the freq. mod. I see the JW 3001 stamped on the circuit
board behind the face place but don't know which two solder points are
associated with the option. I see two solder points to the left and two
over the top of JW 3001. Before I use my conductive pen to make the
connection it would be nice to see a picture of this mod if anyone has one.
