Had a similar problem with my Kenpro several years ago.....Call Yaesu
parts
and talk with someone who is knowledgeable in their rotor line. Believe
Yaesu bought out Kenpro in the early 90's, and most of the parts are
still
the same. Dan N7BHB

Subject: [Kenwood] KR 400 Rotor Off Topic (a bit)
Hi Guys,
Sorry if this is a bit off topic but I have a KR-400 rotor made by
KenPro (under license from Yaesu??). It has stripped the internal ring
gear inside the unit (part number 45 in the manual). The ring gear has
the number "7501-005" cast on it. Does anybody know where I can get
replacement parts or has anybody got a redundant unit that I could use
for spares? Otherwise it looks like I shall have to purchase a new
unit....
Thanks for your help.
