If the brick is dead, that will cost you probably as much as you
paid for it (about 50-75 dollars for a replacement PA)...
you can get them from RF Gain probably cheaper than going to Yaesu!
BUT there is a power control pot inside and I HAVE seen them get dirty
and that cause NO power out....the manual if it comes with the radio
is pretty good and has the schematic if I remember...I MAY have a 
svc manual on the radio here...I'll check and see.
