OKI Semiconductor web site: http://www.okisemi.com/jp/english/
I finally found a reference in a 1986 D.A.T.A.BOOK referencing parts within
the series MSMxxxxRS, all made by OKI Semiconductor, Japan. OKI's web site
is listed above. I searched the OKI site for your part number in both the
current series, and obsolete series of parts with no luck. OKI has no web
recollection of the part.
Maybe some of our Japanese amateurs have local sources for this old part?
