Bob,
That type of number refers to an unpopulated Yaesu circuit board. My FT-990
tech manual has numbers for the main boards starting with F31760000A and
going up, the control board is F3180000A. The 990 has three of the I/O chips
but uses an M37700M4 CPU. It's probably a control board but not for a 990.
