[Yaesu] Request for opinions-Yaesu Repair

I'm surprised. Over the last 18 months I have sent back an FT-1000D, a
Quadra Amplifier and a 2 meter rig for repairs to Yaesu. The longest I ever
waited was three weeks on the 2 meter rig.
Two weeks ago I called to get a lamp replacement for my 1000D and they were
very helpful and sent me the lamp at no charge. Had it in less than a week.

That is a drastic change since my last dealings with Yaesu service. What
