[Yaesu] Audio Response of FT-1000D

Hello,
I currently have an FT-1000D with the Stock Filters installed.
Although my audio seems very clean, I notice that when I am using the Yaesu
FT-1000D monitor control,
that the audio is more full and has more base when in Upper Side Band (USB).
When, I switch to Lower Side Band (LSB), the audio seems to not have the
lows, it sounds more high frequency. (More Highs less bass)
Both these audio tests are being conducted with the Yaesu MH-1 hand mike in
position 1.
Is there an adjustment that allow the audio to be more equal in
characteristic either on USB or LSB.
The USB with more base seems to be less restricted.
