[LOGic] missing user defined field name

I'm trying to make a user defined box show up on my main log form. I've done
this once on my shack computer but when I tried to do it on my notebook I
can't find an entry for COUNTRY in the User-defined field setup form. The
field name appears on the shack computer but not on my notebook computer.
Does anyone know how to make the COUNTRY field name appear in that list so
it can be attached to user 7?
