[LOGic] Date out of sequence

Lately I've noticed some entered QSO's that are out of sequence as far as
dates are concerned. Sometimes I keep track of contacts by a "paper" log
sheet. When entered into Logic in order of contact all is fine. But if I see
that I missed not logging a "paper" contact and then enter that contact, it
would not be in sequence with the other contacts.
Example, entered several contacts with the date of 09 Oct 2010, the several
contacts on 10 Oct 2010. Later found that I hadn't included a couple of
contacts on the 8th of Oct, so entered them. When checking the log, the 8th
of Oct follows the 10th of Oct contact, out of sequence. 
If I remember correctly, this wasn't a problem before. Just now noticing it.
Any idea on what I'm doing wrong as far as the "setup"? Shouldn't Logic
automatically sort the date/time in sequence?
