Hi Joe,
I install LOGic 8 on a newly re-formatted hard drive running Windows 7 32bit a few weeks ago. When I open LOGic v8.0.98, I get an error window:
Error 1733 "Class definition LOGICSERVER.SERVER is not found."
has occurred in program
LOGICAPP.AFTER_INIT, line 24.
I've tried running LOGic 8 as an Administrator and that didn't work. I've also tried running LOGic 8 under XP Compatibility within Windows 7 and that didn't work either.
Once I pick OK within the error window, LOGic 8 runs fine. I'm waiting to hear from Dennis if he might know what could be causing the error.
Other than that, LOGic 8 runs great under Windows 7.
Vin

I am thinking about acquiring a Windows 7 tower with a 4-port RS-232C I/O card for controlling Radio, Rotor, Winkey etc. I have a setup now that does just that but using Windows XP. As I know little or nothing about Windows 7, I may be missing something here. 73 de Joe W6RLL.
