[LOGic] ? Logic9

I guess I've said this a number of times on the reflector, but I think
LOGic is due for a major revamping of its architecture, perhaps breaking it
into several functional modules. As it currently is, it simply requires too
many steps in too many places to accomplish things. Think, for example,
about the multiplicity of setup screens between the main menu bar and the
data entry window. Since I've addressed some of the related issues
previously, I won't do it again, here, but a restructuring with better
ergonomics would be welcome in my shack. I'd also like to see a
rules-setting structure for the spot log that was the equal of the one in
CommCat. Finally, I'd like to see the program be compatible with a larger
range of digital mode software. Of course, if Dennis went to a modular
approach as I've suggested, maybe he could create his own digital module...
Still, I think LOGic is the best of the programs I've used over the years
for its wide set of capabilities with the exception of contesting, for which
I like N1MM.

Jeff, K6JW
