[LOGic] Set Rig error 6M SSB

Did you restart Logic after making the changes? It might load the band 
table into memory for performance reasons.
I'm pretty sure the problem is the band table. Make sure the modes are 
correct and there is no overlap and no skipped frequency ranges.
